This area focuses on building a strong foundation through thorough research and raising awareness. It involves conducting detailed studies on the current state of school education in Sri Lanka, engaging with schools to gain permissions, and organizing workshops at the regional level. These initiatives aim to prepare stakeholders, especially teachers, for active participation and informed decision-making in educational debates and activities

2. Educational System Improvement

This area is dedicated to enhancing and implementing educational systems based on comprehensive research findings. It includes organizing and executing programs at regional, zonal, and district levels to improve the quality of education. Broadcasting and telecasting these programs to a national audience ensures widespread engagement, culminating in a national event with a prize-giving ceremony to recognize and celebrate educational achievements.

3. Teacher Training and Network Formation

This area focuses on the identification and training of educators while creating a robust network to strengthen the educational system in Sri Lanka. It involves preparing the developer's brief, selecting developers, securing funding, and developing a platform for teacher management. The selection process includes finding suitable youth teachers, creating selection criteria, training, and scheduling classes. Continuous monitoring and development, along with targeted social media campaigns, ensure the platform's success and foster a strong community

4. Educational Support for Rural School Children

Provides specialized educational guidance and support to rural school children facing economic hardship and family challenges. This program aims to improve educational outcomes and personal development by addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

5. Extracurricular and Interactive Learning Activities

This area focuses on creating dynamic spaces where students can learn by doing through the implementation of extracurricular activities such as sports, tree planting, and interactive learning sessions.
